Which Cell Phone to Buy??

Ok I am with T-Mobile and would like a new cell phone. Here are my must-haves: at LEAST 1.3 MP camera, expandable memory (micro or mini), MP3 player, and Internet. Any brand is fine and I MUST spend under $300. Thank you!!
