How long does it last?

Okay so in october i smoked weed twice in one week, then i smoked it for the 3rd time in december. After that i never did it again. im 160 lbs, and i workout alot, i was just wondering how long it would last in my urine, and my hair follicles. (also i get a haircut every month, and my hair gets long quickly) please helpp!!!
