I've created a newsletter for my website and I need some advice/direction please.?

I have a Mommy website and I've created a newsletter for my site. I'd like to offer my visitors and readers the opportunity to advertise in the newsletter and on the site. I've checked out other sites and have my pricing ready but I'm unsure about how this works. Do I just get them to send me their ons through email or provide me with the url link of where the on is located along with their url address? I don't want to seem tacky or inexperienced with this. Any tips would be great! :o) Thanks so much.
