Can you become sick by cleaning mold?

i just cleaned a ton of mold from underneath my bathtub last night and I woke up feeling a little sick. greenish phlegm and i just have that "i feel like im getting a cold" feeling. I know you can sick from mold but i was only exposed to it for an hour, so i thought maybe by cleaning it i also kicked the spores into the air, which made it easier for me to breathe in. any thoughts?
