What's a bio promo package for becoming a singer?

Can someone please tell me What's a Bio Promo Package for becoming a famous singer,when you send it to agents? Is it a autobiography about yourself, is it a state of purpose of why you want to become famous? When I do this. I don't want to say something stupid, so I just want to make sure what it is! :)
