go to all the carriers websites (sprint, nextel, verizon, cingulat, tmobile, etc), choose what phone you want, the minutes you wanna have, texting and all the other bells and whistles. It'll then give you the one time fee and monthly cost it will be for what you choose, ive done this b4 and there all in the same ballpark with prices. Basically just find out who provides the best service (no dropped calls, etc) and go from there.
