Who's better, Mozart or Beethoven?

Beethoven was more revolutionary than Mozart, but Mozart is more consistent than Beethoven, with Mozart you nearly always can expect a certain level of Quality whereas Beethoven has peaks and Troughs, I would say that Beethovens high points are higher than Mozarts but overall Mozart was probably the stronger Genius
