I am 13 and i need make up help girls!!?

soo girls i havent really been into makeup and i am startin to get into it now so can anyone suggest a good natural looking foundation and tips on how to apply it? and i cant apply liquid eyeliner! could u plz help me with that too.. thank u sooooo much and 10 points for best answer! :) xx
