Is being 13 days late a big yes yes to being pregnant?

I had unprotected and hadnt gotten my pd and then had un protected again and he came inside me ( it was a big mistake he tought it was the other side) " i kno i said what u just said" i could beleive how he couldnt tell the difference have lots of prego symptoms lately have headaches and really dizzy and abdominal cramps ( get headaches and dizzy when i get up too fast .soo is being 13 days late a BIG yes yes to being prego??????
