Plant Power, who makes it? And where can I get it?

I work for a landscaping company that uses this fertilizer that comes in a gallon jug. At $90 per gallon, it is claimed to make a huge difference with plants. My company swears by it! We dilute it at one tablespoon per gallon. They told me it was a MLM product and could only be found through a distributor. does anyone know what it is? Thanks!!!
